HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS


Gegenüber den Teilnehmern wird jede Haftung für Personen-, Sach- und Vermögensschäden, die vor, während oder nach der Veranstaltung entstehen, abgelehnt. Alle Fahrzeuge müssen ordnungsgemäß zugelassen und versichert sein. Das Tragen eines Sturzhelmes ist Pflicht. Jeder Teilnehmer fährt, auch bei der Schnitzeljagd, auf eigene Gefahr. Die bestehende Veranstalter- Haftpflichtversicherung wird davon nicht berührt. Jeder Teilnehmer erkennt mit Abgabe der Nennung die Bedingungen an.

RALLY REGULATIONS


By making the enrolment, every rider declares himself/ herself and his/ her passengers, principal or appointed, that she/ he understands and accepts the terms of the regulations. She/ he further declares that she/ he will not take proceedings of any kind or for any reason, at arbitration or in court, for consequences arising from the organisation or execution of the rally. Every competitor further declares that she/ he attempts the organising authorities and sponsors of the event, the managing authorities and owners of the roads covered, the organising comitee, and all those involved in the running of the event, from any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or damage suffered by the rider in the course of the event. The vehicles that take part in the sightseeing tours must be in conformity to the highway code.

REGOLAMENTO


Con l'iscrizione al raduno i partecipanti dichiarano per se e i passeggeri di conoscere ed accettare le disposizionicontenute nel regolamento. Dichiarono altresi di nondare corso per ogni e qualsaisi motivo, per fatti deriventi dell'orgabizzazione durante lo svolgimento del raduno adazioni legali e ricorrere ad arbitri l tribunali. Ogni radunisti dichiara altresi di ritenere tutti l componenti dell'Organizzazione, l petrocinatori, gli Enti gestori delle strade che verraon percorse, esonerati da ogni responsabilita per tutti l dann che dovessero succedere durante lo svolgimento del raduno, al conducente, ai passeggeri e alle cose proprie e di terzi. I veicoli che parteciperanno al raduno devono essere in regola con le norme del codice della strada.
